1. Our Commitment
We want Zblit’s public website and mobile apps to be understandable, usable and navigable by as many people as reasonably possible. We consider accessibility when designing and updating our digital services and aim to improve accessibility over time.
This statement describes our current approach. It is not a certification that every Zblit feature conforms to a particular accessibility standard or works with every assistive technology.
2. Accessible Customer Service
Zblit aims to provide customer service in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities and takes disability-related needs into account. When a person experiences a barrier, we will work with them to identify a practical way to communicate or provide access to the service, subject to applicable law and the nature of the service.
Zblit will train personnel as required by applicable accessibility standards and will review accessibility feedback when improving customer-service practices.
3. Accessibility in the Zblit Website
Our public website is intentionally designed to be simple and lightweight. Current accessibility-minded features include:
- Responsive layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktop screens.
- Readable text sizing, spacing and colour contrast.
- Semantic headings and descriptive labels for links and buttons.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Keyboard focus indicators for interactive controls.
- A structure that avoids unnecessary animation, autoplay media and complex interactions.
4. Accessibility in the Zblit Apps
The Zblit User App and Contractor App rely in part on accessibility features provided by the user’s Android device, such as text scaling, screen readers, magnification and other operating-system accessibility settings.
Zblit does not currently provide a separate in-app accessibility settings panel. The absence of a dedicated accessibility menu does not mean accessibility is being ignored; many accessibility functions are provided at the operating-system level, while we continue to improve the design and compatibility of the apps themselves.
5. Known Limitations
Because Zblit is still developing, some parts of the website or apps may not yet provide an ideal experience for every user or every assistive technology. Examples may include particular custom controls, maps, image-based content, third-party interfaces, or workflows that depend on device permissions and location services.
If a feature is difficult to access, please tell us what happened, what device or assistive technology you were using, and what you were trying to accomplish. That information helps us prioritize practical improvements.
6. Third-Party Services
Some Zblit functions rely on third-party services or interfaces, such as payment processing, maps, authentication, device operating systems and app-store services. The accessibility of those third-party components may be controlled in whole or in part by their respective providers.
7. Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier
If you experience an accessibility barrier while using Zblit, you can contact us and describe the issue. Where reasonably possible, we will try to help you access the information or service in another practical way and use your feedback to guide future improvements.
Accessibility feedback
Use the button below to contact Zblit about an accessibility issue. The email address is assembled when you tap the button so it does not need to be displayed publicly on this page.
8. Continuous Improvement
We expect Zblit’s accessibility practices to evolve as the platform grows, new features are added, accessibility guidance changes and we receive feedback from users. We may update this statement to reflect meaningful changes to our approach.
